By purchasing, downloading, or using Coral AI, provided by subgentic LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or use this application.
subgentic LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Coral AI software free of charge for an indefinite period, with all features enabled. No purchase is required to use the software. From time to time the application may display a prompt inviting you to enter an activation key; you may dismiss this prompt and continue using the full software without limitation. subgentic LLC is not responsible for any degradation of software functionality caused by third-party API changes, model deprecations, or upstream network alterations.
You may optionally purchase a one-time Supporter License to support continued development of the software and to retire the periodic activation prompt described above. The Supporter License is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable perpetual license activated on one machine at a time; you may deactivate and move it to a different machine. The Supporter License does not unlock additional features, because all features are already available in the free version. Purchase of a Supporter License is a voluntary contribution and does not create any obligation on subgentic LLC to provide future updates, support, or continued operation of any license-validation service.
Coral AI operates strictly as a passive graphical interface for external agents and possesses no autonomous decision-making capabilities of its own. You acknowledge that you retain complete agency and total responsibility for reviewing, validating, and initiating any action performed by these upstream agents, including file modifications and local code execution. subgentic LLC disclaims all liability for damages resulting from your deployment of the underlying AI agents.
Coral AI instructs users to authenticate the embedded command-line interfaces utilizing their consumer OAuth tokens. You explicitly agree to the following provider-specific terms and assume all risks of account penalties or suspension:
Anthropic (Claude Code CLI): You explicitly acknowledge that using OAuth tokens obtained through Claude Free, Pro, or Max accounts in third-party products is strictly not permitted by Anthropic and constitutes a direct violation of their Consumer Terms of Service. By choosing to authenticate using a consumer OAuth token within Coral AI, you assume all risks associated with this action, including the potential for permanent account suspension or termination by Anthropic. You also agree not to use the service for malicious cyber activity or if you are located in an unsupported region.
Google (Gemini CLI): You acknowledge that Google's terms explicitly prohibit using Gemini CLI OAuth with third-party software, and you assume all risks of account penalties or suspension. You further agree not to use Gemini within Coral AI for clinical practice, to provide medical advice, or in any manner overseen by a medical device regulatory agency. You may not train models on Google Maps data or cache it for longer than 90 days.
OpenAI (Codex CLI): You agree to manually evaluate all code and outputs generated by Codex for accuracy and appropriateness before deployment. You agree not to use the Codex agent for the development of weapons, malicious cyber activity, or the generation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
subgentic LLC entirely disclaims any liability for loss of access, data, or prepaid subscription funds that result from upstream account bans or enforcement actions taken by Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI.
You retain all ownership rights, title, and interest in your proprietary input data, prompts, and code snippets. subgentic LLC claims no ownership over the code or text generated by the AI models and assigns any available rights to those outputs directly to you. However, you assume all legal risks associated with integrating AI-generated code into your projects, and subgentic LLC provides no warranty of non-infringement. All rights, title, and interest in the Coral AI application itself, including its codebase, algorithms, and branding, remain the exclusive property of subgentic LLC.
The Coral AI software is provided to you on an "as is" and "with all faults" basis, and subgentic LLC makes an effective disclaimer of any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that access to upstream AI providers will remain uninterrupted. Supporter License purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable state and federal laws.
